Hello, I’m Eric! I help adults, especially those 40 and older, improve their longevity, strength, and balance through safe, fun, and effective strength training. My goal is to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in your everyday life.
I started lifting weights with my dad when I was 12, and building muscle & strength training has shaped my confidence and resilience ever since. I love being in nature, hiking, and trail running, and one of my proudest achievements is completing a 50k run around Mount St. Helens. My long-term goal is to stay mobile and active well into old age.
With 7+ years of coaching experience, I meet you exactly where you’re at, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a joint replacement, brand new to exercise, or already disciplined. Together, we’ll build a personalized plan, modify when needed, and move through the process with patience and purpose.
